I do not care to or waste my time looking at your past.
Full Flush Poker Litigation 70:30, Equity Marketing Management BV is a current case:

You do know that Ezugi "studios" and you prefer to believe EVERYTHING what you read on internet, you will find out a fact that is not known to all to the players who use them from ALL the online casinos that have them as provider.
They are the ones that create, maintain and distribute 90% of the software that all the other of these "studios" function to use as their primary system of choice.
How is Peeps Place's statement related to Ezugi, while the word Ezugi is even not mentioned in his statement?

So who's the smart one now "Mister know it all of end all to the gambling rules and regulations in all the fucking regions of all the mother bleeping world!?"
Huh now?! Tongue
Pretty obvious you! Cheesy

And I don't mean a free lunch for your meanless efforts here at selling your useless services with little to no merit of anything to makes any legal sense.
Dumb if you can not read, but my service is cost free!

If you had any educational background (what did you get? An lawyer certificate from an online "university"? Pffft..... Piss off!) then show your credentials. If you even have any.
I am a certified Google laws expert! Cheesy

I very much doubt that because all that you have said so far in all the threads would hold absolutely no traction in the court of law.
Hmm..., curious how the lawyer can file for bankruptcy then?

That is a court of law in the U.S of A rent -a - lawyer! Cheesy
Cool that you can rent a lawyer in the US, but unfortunately, thos cases are usually not in the US!

Ahh and btw, who pay the lawyers? For sure not you...

Haha just as i thought. A internet lawyer who graduated from their computer univeristy.
That figures. Roll Eyes

And all the pm's show you are "asking" for money for not doing anything I couldn't do myself.
So go fuck off with your "yeah but I am a free service".
EVERYBODY KNOWS FUCKING LAWYERS CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!
Let alone a "I learnt it on the internetsss!" one. Roll Eyes Tongue

Re read what I 'edited' from my previous post. And I have concrete facts of what I have "researched" on my own without having to pay your "fees".
So go and fuck somebody else over son.
You are done!  Grin
You lose this one rent -a- lawyer. How you can even call yourself one would be one of the unknown mysteries in the world! Cheesy

BetOnline.ag announces that they have cut third-party vendor Global Gaming Labs (GGL), in favor of Live Dealer Casino third-party vendor Visionary iGaming (ViG) – effective immediately!

Live Dealer casino games allow BetOnline.ag players to engage in a new level of interactive gaming experience with real cards, tables, and dealers — from their preferred device.

After client-side complaints regarding the number of available tables, games offered, lackadaisical dealers, and poor hand reporting became common-place (regarding GGL), BetOnline took on the task of finding a superior Live Casino Vendor.

After a month-long search in early January 2017, it was decided that ViG would offer a superior product for the BetOnline.ag Players.  ViG was notified mid-January, and as of 18 February 2017, the new vendor is in production on BetOnline.ag.  Client feedback has been very positive since the switchover!

They have the patent and own the rights to the software that those casinos live dealer systems for the MAJORITY of the provider's who run it on their systems.
Search the name of Ezugi ceo and just see how many times his name comes up in deals with most of those casinos.
The fucking ceo lives in costa rica just go on his facebook page they have a subsidiary under a different name but this asshole owns it and put it under other local people's names so to reap even more benefit from their lax tax laws when it comes to getting pay offs from that countries government. They pay kick backs for those companies bringing job to their city in San Jose you do realize this. Don't you? Roll Eyes

In Costa Rica, sportsbooks don't have gambling licenses. They have Data Processing Licenses.

In Curacao, most books have sub-licenses.

For the most part, they don't offer any protection to the player.

This guy's explanation is more clearer than yours is game-protect!

1) Where in the "details" is it stated that Overunder Holdings is operator of the website betbtc.co?

2) Where on the website betbtc.co is it stated that Overunder Holdings is operator of the website?

If their casino room providers were cheating on this are the casinos personally responsible for that ?
Yes, because they are the contract partner with the player. But the victims can also sue the provider who committed the criminal offense.

Since Cloudbet had that same room I can imagine that they would have cheated sometime in the past as well.
Where is proof that BetOnine used Ezugi?

Peeps Place claims that the Chico Poker Network was the Blackjack live dealer provider.

Thank you for the info, but so far I have seen only proof in regards to BetOnline. Where is proof that Ezugi live dealer cheats?

Quote: "Their licensing for operating is listed right here: http://www.livecasinos.com/software/ezugi "

*No, it says their studio is in Costa Rica. Ezugi is licensed in Curacao.*

Quote: "And since having the casino provider located there they know are safe and can not be touched by United States laws if they do ever have someone who is wanting to sue them."

Yes, they can not be touched by United States, but they can be touched by own authorities. Each country in this world has own laws and own authorities.

No, they are not safe if they breach own laws.

Quote: "Why do you think sites such as Betbtc.com online gambling sites register their license there?

-I have not seen any proof that BetBTC would have a license in Costa Rica.-

Quote: "They want to protect them selves from future lawsuits from any incidents that may occur in the imminent future during their casinos operation."

If you breach local laws, it is difficult to protect yourself, if someone is going after you.

Quote: "If they decide not to they just let the license expire and write off the company."

If they decide not to what? If they have a license, then their identities and addresses are at least recorded and you can request it from the court, if they committed criminal offenses.

Quote: "This is what Cloudbet is planning on doing since they have let their prior license expire on the blackjack tables already not being available any further as of Feb 17th after a server licensing update (when their system reset to show if the operator paid already to renew their licensing agreement for continue of service they provide to the operator, Cloudbet). They are just letting their site die slowly this way."

I am not aware that cloudbet has or had any license? They might let their site die, but this does not necessarily mean that they personally can get away with it.

But yes, if no one is going after them, then they will get away with it. Because where is no prosecutor, there is also no judge.

* Are you sure about that now?
Care to take a sworn oath on your findings just on the internet? And not in a legality in the book from that countrie's laws, rules and regulations on operating out of Costa rica? All the information you are provided is not valid and mis informative from what I have read so far.
Better to find out what you are talking about first before putting anything on a forum for the public too see and to judge you on your own actions. Roll Eyes

- You have forgot what you had said in their very own thread when you asked them?! Angry

You hide the name of the operator and therefore you are nowhere near like Betfair. But nice try to indicate you would...

Licensed in San Jose, Costa Rica
Dare to tell us who is licensed in San Jose and what the registration number is?

I asked the national register in Costa Rica if I can verify if a legal person exist and this was their response:

Quote
Por este medio solo se brinda información sobre documentos defectuosos en trámite, cuyos defectos, son argumentados por los notarios como mal consignados.

Maybe someone can translate this to readable English?

Thank you for the info provided. Smiley

What is the name of this Central America live dealer casino?

Did BetOnline use the same?

SportsBet.io + BitCasino.io are incorporated in Curacao and I could organize a class action, as I have connections there and know the laws very well.

The Cloubet scam appear to be operated out of Montenegro (Europe) and I know the applicable laws there as well.

I found nothing indicating that Fraudbet is connected to sportsbet/bitcasino/vegascasino.
Did you not go to Cloudbet and click on the very first one listed when you click on live dealers at the top menu?
It says: Central America
And when it loads it says right at the bottom who the provider is offering their services to this operator being Cloudbet for this instance of one of hundreds of these bitcoin casinos that popup out of nowhere and use them to direct traffic to their site's portal of Ezugi's platform.
But as you and everybody has noticed. When you go to mBitcasino, bitstarz, 888casino and many others that take you straight to that casino provider. I would say they are the biggest one there is and are the ones who invented and also code this system for all others out in the market and resell it to make even more money from their scamming system and don't forget the licensing fees that they can charge per package deal and with 100's of casinos using their system they are making billions just for that if not in the trillions since they started doing it in 2014 if not earlier than this.
Just look at the link for more information about which older casinos had used their scamming code to rake even more money in for their big boss on the top of this pyramid scheme in the online casino industry.
Crackdown and investigations need to begin into this company:
http://online.casinocity.com/software/ezugi

They are making even more than what the POBC is doing their investigations on those Chinese exchanges due to crackdowns of whatever they are suspecting them of from last month and the btc price is finally recovering from that. But this is much, much worst. Since what what equates to 1000BTC per hour on average from this one provider. I have witnessed people betting the limit of which is high for each and every blackjack table and they had 5 going at the same time last time it was available just last Friday).
We are talking about trillions here cause every player spends so much and lose all of that and multiple this by 1000x and you know how much is at stake here.

I was at cloudbet last night and noticed all the blackjack tables were not available anymore from their central america provider which is the one I go to since it is the very first one to choose from.
There are usually 5 of them on a Saturday night and was surprised to not see any of them available to click on in the casino lobby. They only had roulette and baccarat which I do not play and always go to the blackjack tables.
So I do what I usually do when I have an issue with any of their tables I went to their support chat room on one of the available tables. It was on a baccarat table which again I do not play because it looks like bingo which is for old ladies.
So i tried to talk to support about it and they just ignored the question completely. I was saying "What the heck!"
But when I was about to leave I noticed in the background the blackjack table right behind it was dealing out cards.
The table which I usually play at and just the day before. I was thinking it was my browser and reset it just like these support techies tell you to do when you can not access a table. So I did just that and still not seeing the blackjack table in the lobby but the others are there: 2 roulette tables and 3 dragon baccarat tables along with 2 tables for regular baccarat. So I knew it wasn't my browser causing this problem.

Then I notice this thread today:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/warning-please-do-not-bet-on-betonlineag-1795588

It shows black jack live dealer casino betonline to cheat at the table and the dealers can see on their monitors the cards they are handing the players before they take it out of the deck. I was like hey, those are the same cards that cloudbet started using in April last year and they have the exact same system in place at the central america live dealer casino that is at Cloudbet.
So they do cheat at all their games because the dealers know what cards they have before they dispense them at their hand and at all the other players hands before the game even commences! The camera is placed in a way before it hits the infrared senor (that you can see it as a red laser light coming from the thing that is the same as at your local grocery store) and it shows it on the monitor that the dealer is looking at all the time!

This is a massive complaint and will cause all casinos who have them as providers to be sued by players and the operators so it looks like they decided to drop the ones that they know will cause trouble for them and fine them for being proven that they are cheating on each and every game that they have done since they started their casino service as a provider to these operators vegascasino/bitcasino/sportsbet.io - which has been proven by games-protect to all be from the same owner who is facing lawsuit problems of his own now. Cloudbet(a casino operator not provider)which I do not know if it is in leagues with those three casinos but they did all use the same casino provider service located in Central America. Which since being shown this video to the public have since removed that provider from their live dealer casinos that are available.
