Correct, in the last few years, when gamblers complaining about Cloudbet, they're very slow to handle the case. It even takes for few weeks or months to resolve it. Not to mention they're asking something crazy for KYC verification Street Selfie? Why all these crazy requirements in the name of KYC verification?

@OP so far they're trusted, but you need be very patient to wait for them.

Winning 21K from 1K deposit is not a normal profit percentage from gambler. This is the reason why they are investigating your account before they process withdrawal.

It will be helpful if you can share your betting history by uploading it on talkimg.com and paste the link here. We need to determine the nature of your bet before we can speculate if there’s really something suspicious on your bet history or casino is just trying to hold your money.

OP, from the screenshot you have provided, you seem to have won significant amount of money without any loss which is why I believe the casino is taking out time to do their verification and I will advise that you be patient with them as long as you have not done anything wrong and you have provided everything they have needed to scale through the KYC process.

You know sometimes casinos could be this funny though as they have seen that they are about losing out a good amount of money, they would at all cost want to find fault so that they would withhold the money but if you have nothing to hide, then you have nothing to fear about except they want to act funny which I believe they would not in other to maintain their reputation here which they already established if I am not mistaken.

I have seen the screenshots you shared. It seems they will have to check your bets with the provider. Strange case, blocking and deleting messages sounds really unprofessional. Also promising to send the fund just to then go back from their word and doing this kind if action is just sad.
Sites bringing up the excuse that the games provider must "verify" the wins and whatever is ridiculous also. You deposit and play at the casino. If the games provider has ANY issue it's their problem and not the player's.
I always wonder, when they find out a win is illegitimate and the round of whatever games get's voided, what about the people that bet on the same round (for example live auto roulette in this case) get their money back. I honestly believe nobody would get anything back because these players don't know there was something foul with this particular round. Good way to free roll your player base. Players's losses stay losses, player's big win gets voided and refunded. Not saying cloudbet is pulling this but it's a common technique and excuse unfortunately.

I suggest you post screenshots of your deposits and bets. It will give more credibility to your claim. Also, post screenshots of live chats (or any other conversation) you had with the casino in question.

Those validations and instructions are pretty normal to any casino. 21000 USD withdrawal would not always be instant. And yes, they have the right to check your bets history, it's not that they accuse you of something but it's just a precaution check for their system and business. Once nothing suspicious you will receive those withdrawal request in full. You just need to wait. When does this happen?
