Obviously Cloudbet and other sites like them are created to get money from others. When they lose much they usually play the fraud card. But normally they refuse to show any explication of the convenient fraud ground as Cloudbet is doing. To the very least they have to explain very well why the hell they are accusing you of a fraud. Frauds with gaming are not easy to accomplish. Contrary to the post of their representative the reasons are not obvious to us.

Through this post I spoke to some people who also have money tied up with CLOUDBET. This is a total of more than 400ETH (this was way over a MILLION dollars a few weeks ago  Angry Angry Angry )
We put a lawyer (who understands blockchain) to work.

The story at CLOUDBET is often the same, account lockout, KYC request and then nothing for months.

We keep you updated.

any update on your case? Cloudbet stated that you can contact Curacao eGaming and I recommend you should contact Curacao. 19ETH is a huge amount of money and making all the possible or available action you can take would be worth all the hassle if the result is you getting your 19ETH back. I just wish Cloudbet could show what the violation was.

I'm reviewing my legal options. I am perplexed that this is so easily dismissed. I don't think Cloudbet will have the balls to answer me in here.

Yeah, that's right contact everyone that you think can help your case OP so that you have more chances getting that money out. As @acroman08 says, 19 ETH is a big amount and you might want to get your hands on it as soon as possible because ETH is climbing in prices right now.

Hi einzeldrossel

Your case was handled and closed by our fraud team for obvious reasons. I'm not able to comment on specifics but if you wish to discuss further, you should reach out to Curacao eGaming.

Leandro

Obvious reasons, lol.

What are the reasons? If OP allows you to speak about it openly there should not be a problem.
OP and we need answers from you, not from curacao egaming.

Seems like yet another try to not pay, just like 2 weeks ago with the guy who waited 2 months to get paid his 25000$.

Shameful!

Can you please tell us clearly what is the fraud that he committed. Have you sent him any mail stating your position before posting here? or is it the first time you are telling him ?
knowing the exact ground of ban is quite important here as future players can avoid this, also keeping this secret will allow no room for transparency in your system which is sign of honest sports book quite often.

They never told me. https://i.postimg.cc/0Qvz8T62/bttlk8.jpg
This was the last response before i read the statement on this forum.

And thanks for the support thsceptic and others!!

Where have you been since Nov 2020 until now? Since the incident was happened on almost 6 months ago and ETH didn't much worthy than now. Where were you? Why you didn't make any report on this forum on that time? You have registered on this forum on 2018, it's no away you aren't aware about this forum.

The fact that he did not immediately blew posts in here but tried to solve it in a normal, civil way is actually a proof that he is honest and was expecting a fair resolution from Cloutbet. I envy him for the amount of patience that he had untill now!

Exactly that. I am not aware of any harm or fraud. And always had the confidence that it will be resolved.
I also added the extra mail screenshots to the topic start

Thanks Leandro. Creating this topic is part of preparing a timeline for how I get you to pay out my 19ETH. Next steps will certainly follow.

I hope users here believe that I have absolutely not committed any fraud. In no way. All timestamps from deposit to withdraw are of such short duration that this should be clear.

Your comment should mean an even bigger red flag and I hope I can warn people about CLOUDBET this way!

Well, yes, but i deposit just 1ETH, and won 20ETH. How is that laundering  Grin
I am not accusing that you are doing a money laundering but that is what some money launderers do with their cryptocurrency, they play a little and then withdraw but in your case you won the 20 ETH, @thsceptic makes a good point, you have to provide a screenshot of your betting history.

They locked me out of my account. The proof i have is added to topicstart.

Thanks for helping me with this one. This was my first time using cloudbet. I've included the photos I took when I was winning.

I have given them enough time for an investigation. Which is also understandable.
I will also update this post once I have my money.

19 ETH is a lot of money and I think that Cloudbet hostaging your money is alarming. Although, I can understand why they might be hodling back that money, money laundering can be done through crypto gambling so they might be taking some precautions that you are not laundering the money.

Please tell us more about the case? You made 20x profit from a single bet or series of bets? It would me more helpful if you can provide link to screen shots of your bet history. Recently cloudbet took almost 2 months to release a big win but they did and initially I gave them negative feedback but after they paid in full I withdrew my negative trust.
What I think is they are lacking in customer care which is why they are taking so much time to make big payments because they have to make sure about any money laundering or potential loophole in their system which can be devastating for a casino.
I suggest you to keep little more patience and hang in here with regular reminders for cloudbet. I am optimistic that you will get you money if you have done nothing wrong. I am repeating that posting your bet history up front will make you case more stronger.

It’s not important to know on how many bets he made to win that profit. Cloudbet allow the 1ETH withdrawal which means his method is legit since most probably he do the same way to get the rest of 19ETH profit. Cloudbet is known for not paying high roller  balance although some of it is an isolated and already solved but still this is an interesting case if he can provide more evidence.

What happened:: 21-11-2020 I made a deposit of 0.995. I was playing a slot machine called "Temple of Wealth" after a friends recommendation. After winning some ETH i made a withdraw. 1.23 ETH succeeded. After winning more, i decided to withdraw all my winnings. 19ETH was left in my account. I tried to withdraw but it was rejected. I received a request from Cloudbet Security.

I immediately cooperated with all requests and provided identity details for KYC purposes

After that my account was locked out. Luckely i managed to made some screenshots before that.

After many attemts to ask about my account they only responded that i have to wait until they make contact
