little update...after 17 hours it was FINALLY sent... but with little or no fee and now the block says it will take 10+ hours lmfao....

1 coin... it's not a million dollars but it's not nothing... sent many emails pleading to do something as I need it and was counting on it. No answer. NO help.

Have had many issues with cloudbet but 15 hours ago I made a withdrawal request. Normally it is instant. After a while I emailed and they said some nonsense about it being available soon.  I inquired further because normally it says PENDING or gives the option to cancel withdrawal. This has neither and money is simply frozen.
I have sent many emails PLEADING for a response and they just laugh at me by not answering.  In an effort to make sure Im not crazy I emailed support from a different email and they answered within minutes.
STAY AWAY FROM CLOUDBET. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE on the planet. I am a regular customer there and they could give two f*cks.  It is so frustrating to wait for them to answer IF they ever even answer. Now I'm just hoping I actually get my withdrawal after reading all the stories on here.
