Yeah fuck Cloudbet and their non instant payouts. I stopped betting there because payouts are taking over 24 hours to process.

I am having a problem with CloudBet. After going on a winning streak with live betting (almost always at very good odds), they locked my account and requested all sorts of personal documents. After quickly providing the documents, I am still not able to access my account a week later or withdraw the 1.7btc in my account.
You should have listen to this advice

CLOUDBET IS ONE MASSIVE SCAM

DONT DEAL WITH THEM, YOU WILL ONLY LOSE YOUR MONEY


Your "I told you so" replies aren't very helpful.

I have been using cloudbet for a while without any issues but now after first big winning they decided to close my account. As reason, as you can see in the image I attached, they put that I had more than one account which is a lie.
Last few days I was in Serbia to visit my friends and watch EuroLeague Final Four and yes, I bet over my friends Network(as I didn't have any) some picks, same as he did, but that is the only time that I didn't use my own network and that is not a reason to close my account and confiscate all winnings.
So I am asking kindly here Cloudbet agent to recheck my account and he will see by himself that their statement that I had more than 1 account is not true.
I will post this here, keep you posted and also send to PM of Cloudbet account here on Bitcoin Talk.
Just to add, deposit to account was around 0.2 bitcoin and after lot of picks and days I managed to get it up to around 3 bitcoins and it seems that they just dont want winner. However, this is not a way.
I expect update on this matter and will not let this go easily, will keep you posted!

Withdrawal .999BTC as many times you want, it will be instant. if you withdrawal more than 1BTC it could be up to 45 minutes to 6 hours wait time at most. I've been using cloudbet since 2014 and never have a problem with them. They never scam me. I bet you already got your coins thats why you have not updated this post. It's better than fortunejack to be honest with you. I played fortunejack today and all their bonuses are nothing but slot no table bonus.

We should  go to the police,  cloudbet  must be closed and their  staff must be sent to JAIL

Open your own case accusations topic and post your case there.

That way maybe somebody here will finally see HOW BIG IS CLOUDBET SCAM

I write for Cloudbet before 3 months they hold my 6 BTC, they are scam from Montenegro. Dont open account on they site. They havent licence from Montenegro, they stole identity from Mirka Vucinic, they wash money, I dont know what police work in Montenegro.

Where is results of your investigation? Why you write on your site for licence Tiger Tree and put Julka Vucinic like owner. I visit Julka Vucinic. You stole her identity, she reposrt all to police. You are scam, stole money. You can see many topics on bitcointalk forum about your bookie. What is ADR? On your site is E Gambling Montenegro have licence for you.

no I will say story about Cloudbet. Cloudbet is scam. Dont trust to this bookie. Tiger Tree Holdings say that Julka Vucinic is owner. I was on adress, Julka Vucicnic is stole identity and falsification ID for owner of Tiger Tree. Police was reported about this. This is first problem for Cloudbet. I inform all newspapper in Montenegro and also my lawyers make claim for Cloudbet.

They write about my 2 accounts??!!  Cloudbet write this on forum

Day before you say me that I have 2 accounts, my friend have one account, I have one account, when I was in Serbia he connect on my Network and you say that I have 2 accounts. You locked him 2,92BTC, and write me main account is okay, everything is okay and day after you say me that I put number of bets from different accounts??? Hahahah, you have stupid explanation. You nothing answer on my mail, you locked my account with 0.92BTC, my friend with 2,92. This is about 30,000Euro! This is scam, other client be carefull, dont open account on Cloudbet. They havent licence, only with lawyers. Police was reported about this situation. We will see what now!

@betexpert2018/Kraac - I have discussed your issue with our Support Team, and despite your explanations I can confirm that your account will remain blocked. The issue is not about whether you shared an IP, but that you created two separate Cloudbet accounts.

The use of multiple accounts breaches our terms and conditions, specifically: 5.1.9.2: Only one account per customer/IP/household is allowed. Our T&Cs are unambiguous in relation to the use of multiple accounts, and we encourage all players to familiarise themselves with them when signing up to Cloudbet.

Your main account is still active enabling you to access our services, but please refrain from creating duplicate accounts in future. @Joel_Jantsen - I cannot discuss the specifics of a player’s account or personal details via a public forum, but rest assured this has been thoroughly investigated and we are certain that an intentional breach of our T&Cs took place which are explicit in prohibiting the creation of multiple accounts, which is what happened here. The player’s explanation does not address that simple fact.

The player has also received an email response from our support teams and has been in direct contact with me via Twitter DMs.

In situations like this we always take time to study the facts and whenever reasonable give the player the benefit of the doubt wherever possible. The Bitcoin casino and sportsbook industry is a fairly small but well-connected community, and we know that no legitimate operator would survive long by taking advantage of their player base.

It's always interesting to see why gambling sites always delay or withhold withdrawals.

I do think a Decentralized Betting Blockchain Solution is definitely needed.

Thanks for update, but as I said I will continue to pursue this as it is ridicilous acussation.
I asked in private what happens with balance from locked account and I still wait answer.

I'm experiencing the same, I'm really scared now that you posted this, in my case I had a pending withdrawal of about .35 btc for over 3 days, live chat didn't gave me a proper answer only that the department in charge "didn't answer yet" and that I had to wait an answer from them, I got tired of waiting and I canceled it and made another withdrawal but this time smaller (about .15) to see if maybe it goes thru faster or something, idk, still pending for over 12 hours now.
