Hey guys,

We're glad this issue has now been sorted, but in the meantime we'd like to take a few moments to answer some questions before OP closes the thread.

@cloudbet you should post the Transaction id so everyone the OP is paid , Its good for reference.

Hey, lolxxxx! We'd usually love to post the transaction ID as proof, but for the sake of privacy we'll let jtp1109 decide whether he wants to make it public or not.

Congrats OP and let us know if you really received your payment. I need to ask a question to Cloudbet when I see them.
Why is it prohibited to have multiple accounts in your site? Aren't your games provably fair? What scares you?

Hey, ingiltere! Great questions, and thanks for asking.

1. We prohibit multiple accounts for a number of reasons, but namely it is to help prevent fraud, money laundering and general skullduggery.

2. When it comes to our casino, we are very strict about the games we provide to our users. We only partner with certified, industry-compliant vendors, so we can guarantee all our games are tested and fair.

3. To be honest, we're a little scared of spiders, but isn't everyone?

We hope this helps clear up any additional questions that arose from this post, and we look forward to chatting with you all soon!

Cheers!

In regards to jtp1109’s withdrawal issue, our security systems were alerted to the fact that OP had created multiple Cloudbet accounts to use on our site. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited under our Terms and Conditions, which subsequently caused a delay in the withdrawal process while our security team reviewed the player’s accounts.

he said it earlier before you make a post in the same page that he got the 70btc.
cloudbet came through and paid all coins

thank you

again op kindly change the thread title just like what ive said in my previous post
As expected like what im thinking it just take time to process because they will review it first. Its considerably a huge amount of btc.

Anyway, since issue has been solved this thread should be CLOSED now, right?. and editing the title as well. As others might get it wrong(could be bad for the site since it was proven wrong) and qouting the Cloudbet post in op that the issue has been solved.
It wont consume time to changed and to be fair with the site and closed this thread after that.

If they paid your bitcoins, then we should change this topic name. It looks like CloudBet is a scammer. I'm not making their promotion but any user may understand that cloudbet is a real scammer. By the way, congrats for your BTC and enjoy your profit.

70 BTC is a huge amount.  they might as well just check whether a player is doing something else they didn't know.
Tracking how you won such amount would sure take time but yeah.. if you didn't do something like cheating/fraud so nothing to worry.

Yup, actually i also love how they make sure they put in enough effort to check out each big win. In this way, it increase the security levels and make us more secure to gamble on their site. And 70btc is really not a small sum. They willing to pay out such amount is indeed worth praising.

Hi guys,

First of all, we would like to congratulate jtp1109 on their 70 BTC win! This was a seriously significant single pay-out made from playing Pimped in our casino!

Jtp1109’s withdrawal has been approved, and the player has received their 70 BTC winnings.

While we are on this topic, it has come to our attention that our online interactions with players and the bitcoin community could be improved, and we are now working hard to ensure that future conversations are more open and transparent, in order to alleviate any concerns that may be raised in these forums.

In the meantime, feel free to try your own luck in our casino, and we look forward to interacting with you all very soon.

Cheers,

I have 70 BTC i am trying to withdrawl from cloudbet - they are very unresponsive and say this is the e-mail I received - seems very fishy - i dont see how manual withdrawls are a big deal - i did not see this coming - first withdrawl with them

Hi user,

Please note, due to issues with a third party service provider we are currently manually processing withdrawals. This has been causing some delays in processing times. However, we expect to return to automatic withdrawals very soon.

My apologies for the inconvenience. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.

If there's anything else I can do for you, please let me know.
If its that big, it really could take time, but 12 hrs is too much, try emailing their support again and post in their thread for all admins to be aware of this. i hope you get it, Wis you all the best.

Most cloudmining is a scam. Just invest in ICO's instead and leave the mining to the Chinese and Russians

Lol. You were too ahead of yourself there. Cloudbet is a casino and sports betting site.
You might want to know what the topic is about before you enter your comment.  Cheesy

daaam... Hope you get paid

even with the most trustworthy sites like 5 dimes I always cash out after a couple thousand so
in the even they claim im a pro or some BS I dont lose all my money. Keeping 70 btc in one site
is a bit risky.

Hope after they review account they get you your btc

I think this is reasonable, because you make a withdrawal. Usually these sites doing analysis against your account, is there anything that is mecurigakan or not. So you don't have to worry, I'm sure your funds will be paid after they stated that it is real funds you

Yeah that is true, when withdrawing a  large amount of money, they will often check for any fraud or any signs of illegitimatetly acquired bitcoins and they will send it once they are positive you have earned it legit.

well usually bitcoin sites don't process such withdrawals fast , many stories like yours happened and all the sites said that they need to review your account to make sure that you didn't cheat , and the results were positive in most cases
but what's weird is that the support isn't saying that , they are saying like there is a general issue in withdrawing
anyway grats for the winning and good luck with getting your coins , it may take time

Claiming cheating is ironic since you would assume the casino cheats players not the other way around. It is hard enough as it is to win then when you do they say no you cheating. Just an excuse not to pay.

hmm, seems you are misunderstood here, OP said about "cloudbet.com" its a bitcoin casino, i guess you thought it "cloudminning" (actually when the first time im see cloudbet, i was thought it a minning site too, lol), so cloudbet isn't related with minning site.

My mistake. Im sorry op. I must have read it too fast and because of the cloudmining scam that just happened for 3m I assumed this was it.
I really need to read more thoroughly before posting next time.

I wouldn't call it a scam yet. You should probably give it a day or two. If it doesn't come by then, then I would start to worry. I would recommend to contact support again and take screenshots of everything incase they do infact scam you. That way people will take your side if you have enough proof that they did in fact scam you. 70 BTC is worth around $46,110 at the time of this post and that is a large amount of money. So just give it some time. Make sure to update us when something happens.
