@4x4et This has nothing to do with a desire for your personal details, we simply need to confirm your identity through KYC if you want the withdrawal processed without the rollover requirements to comply with anti AML laws. All KYC checks are handled by our teams privately, information will be held by Cloudbet and never submitted to any external parties.

We also comply with all data removal requests should you wish to take that option when after the checks and withdrawal are processed.

Thanks very much,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

@4x4et I've just sat down with our senior payment team members and unfortunately there are only two options available - either play through the rollover to enable withdrawals, or supply us with KYC documents in order to verify identity in order to process the withdrawal.

I was pushing to issue the payment without rollover or KYC, but to comply with anti-money laundering laws we have to verify ID in cases where no bets have been made.

What I have been able to do is assign you 0.0027 BTC as bonus credit into your account to bring your balance up to the original $40 required for the bet you wanted to place.

I know it's not ideal and I would have much preferred to issue the payment instantly, but unfortunately we have to remain rigid on these rules to comply with AML laws.

I'm really sorry I wasn't able to resolve this issue in a more positive manner for you, if you have any questions please let me know.

Hi all,

Background:

The player deposited $20 then realised the line that they wanted to bet on was set to a $40 minimum.

(This is unusual as our minimum stakes on sportsbook lines are usually 0.001, so i'm investigating this with our sportsbook teams as a separate issue.)

The player understandably then wanted to withdraw the deposited funds, but was blocked because of the x1 rollover requirement on deposits.

I believe that in this case due to the circumstances the rollover requirement should be waived to allow a withdrawal, so I have escalated the issue to our payment teams - only senior employees are able to process manual payments that bypass our usual rules.

I'm going to continue to chase this issue for you to ensure your payment is processed as soon as possible.

Thanks,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet
