This was still not resolved

So you say you just left 55BTC debt hanging up there and after very long time it got into your mind and you are back accusing them? Very shady + no proofs. Have used CloudBet also, +rep to them.

The guy disappeared, and this is very strange because according to him he lost 55 bitcoins, that's a lot of money for someone to give up having back, But you can send PM to him, maybe he'll respond

The issue was resolved by our support teams at the time.

I assume he is trying to take advantage of the fact that his -9999 trust rating is no longer visible  Wink

Cloudbet, you have never resolved this issue nor responded to me after notifying you of your illegal action. FYI 01/23/2020 still not resolved.

Luckily for me I had made numerous screenshots of all information regarding Deposits and Withdraws. I also have a spreadsheet with all TXIDs and Email proof of solicitation as well as them stalling to fix this situation.

You never resolved my issue!

you should post all proofs that you have, you should post proofs in this thread, I thought your problem was already solved, last month I used cloudbet and my withdrawal was processed very fast and I had no problem with them. Maybe because my money was not much, post proof in this thread

And, what made you approach game-protect to try and resolve this issue? Huh

I hope OP is not fooled by @game-protect

May I ask you about the current status, then? What made Cloudbet think it was resolved? What did they offer to you? And, what made you approach game-protect to try and resolve this issue? Huh

truth, he is doing this more than 3 years, I do not know how he does not get tired of it
Perhaps the fact that guests cannot see trust and the fact that game-protect isn't the thread-starter means that there's little to prevent users from going to the site and believing they'll be compensated.

After all, the "Hero Member" status means a lot more to outsiders than it does other members of the forum. Smiley

this is very good, I am very happy to know that at least your casino is trying to offer good services (solve customer problems whenever they have a problem)

Another big scam accusation on Cloudbet, they solve the last one which is bigger than this, so I think this will be solve as well if it's proven
you are the aggrieve party here. Better provide all the necessary documents to attached on your claims so it can help you.
The above poster is right, move this now in the right section.

I do not think this is the appropriate section, as long as you accuse them of scamming, create a new topic in this section ----> Scam Accusations,+ editing it using this formula -----> Scam Report Format (Use it to make scam reports properly) .

The only person who can solve your problem is @Cloudbet.
It is better to create a topic and then send a message to him requiring him to respond to you on that topic.

In general, there are many issues against that account that have been resolved after a while ----> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=154563.

My name on Cloudbet is (Baller). I reside in the US and have been placing bets on Cloudbet for multiple years. I stopped when I realized that Cloudbet was breaking as it's illegal for businesses to run gambling websites and to solicit online bets within the United States unless they have the proper license. They also never gave me (KYC) know your customer which is considered standard practice for business owners in your field to make sure that your sites users are within the legal areas of the world to legitimately access and utilize your site. This is standard practice for both online gambling and online crypto gambling and is part of the site?s due diligence to make sure that they are operating within the confines of international Law. For further clarification; Cloudbet knew I was a US customer and considering I lost, they chose not to hit me with KYC as they would be forced to give me my deposits minus withdraws back to comply with law. The total amount of Bitcoin they owe me is 55.35688BTC as my deposits were 119.8372BTC minus withdraws 64.480319BTC.

After notifying them of this, not only did they officially block US customers from there website, they also blocked my account and stopped all solicitation, but never ran KYC in an attempt to not pay me my funds back. They also keep giving me the runaround that their support team is working on it, but its been multiple months. Luckily for me I had made numerous screenshots of all information regarding Deposits and Withdraws. I also have a spreadsheet with all TXIDs and Email proof of solicitation as well as them stalling to fix this situation. Cloudbet Stating that they return funds after notification of operating in a restricted Jurisdiction.

In the attachment below there is a response to one reddit user from one of Cloudbets Reps Ronnie, ?In situations like this our policy is to allow the player to withdraw all deposited funds, and then the account is closed. Due to the fact that we are unable to allow players from restricted territories to place bets, the results of any bets made will be void.?

Hi u/Lenlo123

I've responded on Twitter but wanted to post here too to clear a few things up.

Our investigation concluded that you were using a VPN to bypass our territory restrictions, and there has been no information provided by yourself that confirms your claims of travelling in France. Records show you logging in from a number of different countries, all within minutes of each other, which only solidifies the case for VPN usage, which is strictly prohibited in our terms and conditions.

In situations like this our policy is to allow the player to withdraw funds, and then the account is closed. Due to the fact that we are unable to allow players from restricted territories to place bets, the results of any bets made will be void.

You have already withdrawn your initial deposit after prompts from our support team, and the account has been closed. As such we consider this matter closed.

We have records of all of the evidence collected, and will be happy to provide them to Ask Gamblers or another mediation service to confirm our findings. Cloudbet was one of the first bitcoin casino and sportsbooks in the crypto scene over 5 years ago, and we would not have lasted this long by denying legitimate player's payments.

If anyone has any questions then please feel free to reply here, or send me a DM on Reddit, Twitter (@Cloudbet), or Bitcointalk.

Thanks,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet
