Sometimes I get the message my IP is banned.

No unsolvable captcha to solve, at least they spare my time

I am not talking about that captcha error, I am talking about websites shutting down.

https://coin.mx/
http://markets.cx/
https://fxsystems.com/

At this exact moment, all of these websites are DOWN. Or it might be cloudlflare putting the blame on them. Because it's extremely un-expectable, to have all these three completely unrelated websites down at the same moment. And not just these three, I have had this error on over 10 websites now. This is what i'm talking about :

EDIT :
Even Bitplastic is down? https://bitplastic.com There has GOT to be something wrong with cloudflare.

maybe they're all using the same webhost that's down? perhaps some bitcoin host?

haven't looked into it. cloudflare is working, since it's able to give you the error

Maybe you're right.. Even if some of them have no relation to bitcoin, but when I lookup the real host IPs hidden behind cloudflare, I see they're down too.. I wonder what major hosting company is having these issues.

change IP address?

It happens when I use proxies and Tor.

Not in my true IP, because that would mean I'm in a botnet and I would've to change all my network

in that case just use the "change identity" button on the browser (ro the left of the address bar i think) it may close the browser and reopen it but you should be on a new ip then.

sadly Tor exit nodes get abused alot so this is one of the consequences

change IP address?

how would you do that, apart from a proxy ? Some ISP won't change your IP on reconnection, just randomly every week or so...

most isps do either static ip where your ip is always the smae or dynamic ip where it changes as your connection resets (normally takes between 5-30 mins for the isps hardware to notice your disconnected) after this you should be assigned a new ip from the isps pool of available ips

in other words disconnected your router from the phone line or what ever and reconnect it after 30 mins this should generate a new ip address for you

all i found is an attack on the LA datacenter

https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/

Nov 25, 2014
LAX performance degredation
Resolved - This incident has been resolved.
Nov 25, 05:45 UTC
Monitoring - We have mitigated the attack causing issues in LAX.
Nov 25, 04:58 UTC
Investigating - We are investigating reports of degraded performance in LAX.
Nov 25, 04:31 UTC

could affect the sites but without knowing locations of the sites servers that have been affected cant really see what the problems are

I've always wondered if they don't claim an attack each time their servers are under a bit too much pressure, even from legitimate traffic.

probably a ddos ill have to have a look into it... gets really annoying i keep running into there dreaded captcha system and its never right, who ever did there captcha system needs shooting repeatedly at close range. its so irratating and even more annoying so many sites are turning to cloudflare when its very easy just to mitigate the attacks with some basic rules and scripts.

I have ran into the Cloudflare "website is offline" error on about 7 websites today, all of them that are really big websites.
Is there anything serious going on with Cloudflare IPs? What's happening?
