I do not remember how much btc I had in dashboard, but since I reinvested as last action maybe it's less than 1 hash value, so less than 0.008 I believe.

I'll try "manually updating" next sunday, I hope I'll receive my money...

No idea what's going on. We've been paying out as usual.

Last payout was on April 26th for over 127 BTC. Everyone with a valid payout address, a balance of over 0.001 BTC and no automatic re-investments enabled was paid out.

Most of the complaints are because the users re-invest soon before the payout and then complain of no payouts. Which is logical as their account balance is below the minimum of 0.001 BTC.

Our payout address: https://blockchain.info/address/1CMR18ds3W4tz3MceN7wkm4NsaFW9jxvk9

Note: We have disabled the automatic auto-reinvesting for unattended accounts.

Why don't you answer to the tickets? I have made two in several days and have no answer from you. My questions are not in FAQ.
What I must think about you?HuhHuh

If they failed to respond on your ticket, have you tried to reply on their main thread?

If they failed to response there as well, followed with your own personal pm. give it like the usual 3 days? I dont know how they operate the support system but many sites that are popular are usually backed up in tickets.

When they do fail to respond for 4-5 days almost 1 week, then open up a thread.

For the moment my problem was resolved without their answer. In the future I will see what I will (must) do. Thanks for your help.

You are the owner or you want to help people?
So this site is paying or not?
My support ticket still have no reply and this is not OK at all
Anyway, thank you for reply.

It has stopped paying out in many cases. After it skipped 2 payments for me, I can't seem to even login to my account. And yes they haven't been replying to any support tickets.

I like how the support tickets never seem to be answered.

It seems pretty frequent to see this, its a shame cause that only gives more skeptism on when and matter of when this site just explodes.

I think all website similarly to this in some days will became scam
What is the min and max deposit?
The FAQ is not completed
So the support is sucks, I send an email 2 days ago
No reply

I don't think there is a maximum deposit 30,000 GHs is the maximum you can buy at a time but you can buy that contract as many times as you like. Current total price will be 24BTC. Minimum deposit is price * 100 GHs IIRC and that will 0.12BTC at current price.

* Edited.

It seems like that site is slowly decaying, but not enough to let new comers to not want to invest.

Also got neg rep also, doesnt really help, but as long as people get paid out i guess..

Looks like a dying ponzi - support is MIA, tickets disappear, negative tweets are being removed... I think we all know where this POS is heading.

Welp a few months ago I was looking around for some cloud mining and I saw cloudmir.io. I was thinking about buying some GH/s with them but I didn't because I thought that it might be a ponzi. So glad that I didn't buying any GH/s with them

Why not in the FAQ , the minimum payout ?

Maybe they have bigger problems, although it only takes like 5 mins to update their site.

The other guy also mentioned about support, yet they reply on here on this thread..

- No response on emails
- Took a look at the web GUI, the turned on automatic reinvest, so instead of payout the bought me more GH (without asking!!!)
- result: SCAM at this point
Wait, are you talking July 19th and 26th?! Isn't today the 2nd of June? That is a future time! Do you write a wrong time here, or do you came from thr future? No one could predict the future.

Totally agree to the posts, for me just a test with the minimal amount of BTC.
I posted it, because I didn't read to much negativ stuff to cloudminr before, just the ponzi possibility.
So people should be warned.

So you smelled a shit sandwich and just had to take a bite?  Lol

Just kidding.  😂

Bolded part answers why you didn't receive Bitcoins. They said earlier that auto-reinvest enables automatically if you don't login for a period of time. I don't know any details about the period. Turn off auto-reinvest if you want to receive payment in future and login once every 2-4 weeks to prevent auto-enable of auto-reinvest.
