Depositing in Btc-e is always a pain. Its much better if you can acquire BTCs locally. If you want to trade and make use of their volume, then you can deposit BTCs. Keep in mind that their support has problem when it comes to depositing fiat and some are stuck for a long time.

The official currency of China is Renminbi. There are onshore renminbi (CNY) and offshore renminbi (CNH). The offshore renminbi came about as China began trying to internationalize its currency. However, there is a very small value difference of CNH and CNY. The latest data from Bloomberg says 1 Offshore Chinese Renminbi (CNH) is equal to 0.9974 Chinese Renminbi (CNY)
