Well we know who controls the media narrative in the US, aka the groups that fund the organizations if it fits their agenda they will put press onto it if the issue doesn't exist they will create it. As long as it fools some of the people most of the time it works for them.

What's new about fakes news on CNN? Do you still watch on that channel, there's no real news nowadays they are manipulated.

We all know that the News Agencies all have their preferences when it comes to Politics, they will do anything to discredit their opponents and win support for themselves, the news is not worth watching anymore,

Seen this video about a week ago and I don't know if I'd be amused or frustrated. Especially with cameraman waving the women to huddle closer to each other so that it wouldn't be obvious that there were just a few of them. You can see how staged it was, they didn't start walking towards their spot and placing down flowers until the camera started rolling.

Mainstream media are all crooked and every single TV station or newspaper has its own agenda or hidden motives.
You no longer should listen to anything on TV, and most certainly not to prepared and fake commentary on recent events.
Learn to think on your own, learn to not follow mainstream and instead use your brain. Learn how to be critical thinker.

Even here in our country they were like fabricating news just to catch attention.  I have high respect for them before but as time goes by and others bashing the cnn, that made me think if I still continue to listen to their news.  I do not like the way they exaggerated their news just to catch attention. 

Aren't all media make fake news. Sucks you know the powerful are the ones who rewrites the history.

We can't trust everything media says, it's synonym of walking with your eyes covered.

And you think that rest of the channels are honest,just a bunch of bullshit paid news,they are just fabricating the scene and just blaming that on the journalist will not serve justice,the entire channel is doing these sort of shill drama for a very long time as they are brain washing people's opinion by broadcasting these things.

I disagree I think a lot of liberals take all major media outlets with a grain of salt these days.  Also lots of people moving off major networks and watching things like Vice News, Last Week Tonight etc.. instead of wasting their time with traditional news.

This is not the first time we heard that a Media company fakes a news. For them to gain money they must need to find news, But there are times that they can't get a much interesting, knowledgeable, fun, crime, and war news. This is the time they make fake news, to provide fake information towards the people.

There was an article before that also refers to the fake news being on air by the CNN. We already know about the manipulation of the new mainstream media so i am not so shocked about it

That's totally misleading, deceiving people in different places. and because of giving an insight fake news, it is surely there is a punishment for this offense of course.

On all channels is not fair and not honest journalists. As in any group. This does not mean that the entire channel is lying. These journalists will not be popular and will be dismissed from the channel. In order to understand what is channel fake news is enough to watch RT or any other Russian channel.

I never know if those problems of understanding are cultural or only linguistic... .

The whole american system is just made to lie to it's people to just make it catered and reformed to what they see as a society they want them to believe into.

They did it twice, and they still didn't learn, this is an embarrassment to journalism. Making such new (fake news) is just like making yourself prove that you are not a good journalist, though I am amazed how they are so good at this kind of fake news, I think they will be a good directors.

Even their transparents were pre-made by activists from NGOs. You might be right, there would be some individuals, who agreed to it from good heart and will, but as a whole, their dedication was made completely irrelevant by CNN turning the event into grand propaganda.

Yep a smart tv executive was explaining recently that cnn was specialized in live coverage. But then fox appeared and took a lot of market share, as such cnn became very leftist for their segments between live events.

If they were staging this they were rather careless, did it in the middle of a street with so many possible witnesses. They also didn't care that they're being recorded in the act. I think those people weren't actors, they really wanted to manifest something and CNN decided to manipulate public opinion by making a big deal out of that small and irrelevant group of people.

CNN is just communist counterpart of FOX NEWS, nothing more. Its fake news already warranted its own entry on wikipedia.

1) Temporary ban from Iran for mistranslation

In January 2006, CNN was banned in Iran as an expression of condemnation when the network mistranslated a live broadcast of President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. In the translation, CNN quoted Ahmedinejad as saying "the use of nuclear weapons is Iran's right." According to a release from the Iranian government, the president said "Iran has the right to nuclear energy," and went on to say "a civilized nation does not need nuclear weapons, and our nation does not need them." The ban was lifted a day later after CNN issued an official apology for the mistranslation.

2) Milwaukee riots coverage

During the 2016 Milwaukee riots, CNN showed a clip of Sylville Smith's sister, Sherelle Smith, urging rioters: "Don't bring that violence here," and referred to her as calling for peace. The rest of her speech, which was not included in the broadcast, included the following: "Burning down shit ain't going to help nobody! Y'all burning down shit we need in our community. Take that shit to the suburbs! Burn that shit down! We need our weave. I don't wear it, but we need it." After being called out for selective editing, a CNN reporter involved in the story tweeted that they had "shorthanded" the quote and posted a link to a corrected video on CNN's website, which began with the screen shot that read: "An earlier version of this story mischaracterized what the victim's sister was trying to convey. She was calling for peace in her community, urging the protesters to go elsewhere."

3) Coverage of 2016 United States election interference by Russia
