I agree with the cop here. 100% insanely risky to go in high crime high poverty part of any American city. And two even if it's not pleasant by being very docile (show hands at all time, no fast movement, polite and concise answer, and most importantly doing nothing illegal) almost all interaction with us cops will be smooth and quick.

Btw I clearly understand the need for the cops to have cooperative citizens (with the limit guaranteed by the us constitution and bills of rights (and in case of a violation submit, record and sue, i.e. Don't be a constitutional hero) on the other side due to the level of attrition wanted and encouraged by the domestic and foreign ennemies that the founders of this nation clearly warned about.

Anyway, always good to see someone courageous enough to rebuke the cnn gang... How is Brianna doing? Paid leave?
