Such a horrible accident. Very difficult to believe that this can occur in a country like Germany.

Sad to hear a tragic death.  It is an accident so no one to be blamed on that incident.  Many would be saying "what if" or "they should" do this and do that.   The thing is, we will leave this world in different ways and that is their way to die.  I am sure that it would be hard for their family to accept what happened to them.  But the only thing you can do is to accept it.

I'm not accusing anyone what made me post this news was this:

"A large number of emergency services, fire brigades, technical assistance and police officers are on site. Several rescue helicopters were also used. The A9 is currently completely blocked (08.40am) in both directions."

Government spokesman Steffen Seibert said Chancellor Angela Merkel "was very dismayed when she heard about the incident. Our sympathies go to the victims and their relatives, as well as those injured."

Mrs Merkel thanked "all rescue workers, doctors, paramedics, councillors who were and are still in the process of recovering injured people, and looking after people in a terrible situation".

The A9 has been completely blocked off to the south, a police officer said.

According to reports, the coach was travelling from the north towards Nuremberg when it allegedly drove into the back of a slow driving artic close to Münchberg.

The coach was carrying 46 passengers and two drivers.

Will it be that politicians care about people?

I never do and will ever trust these politicians,  even though it's a sad moment when people die , politicians will always twist things all in favor of their own good. Anyways my condolences to the family of the bereaved.

This is the problem with automatic locks in doors. When some accident happens, these doors get jammed and all the people are trapped inside. If it was manual doors, then most of the travelers could have exited the vehicle before it was gutted.

Another tragic accident such a pity Sad.We people have tried to dominate our planet and nature but this is impossible. If there were more careful drivers and there would be the approprate Infrastructure and road networks the possiblities would dramatically reduce. However the factor of luck and unexpected will exist forever.
