"Didn't get my account"
U sent u an account and its limited.
Pretty clever u didn't mention it at all.

"I sent money, but didn't get my account. I left negative feedback for him and after 2 days he sent me account info, but this PayPal account was limited 6 month ago"

I think he has mentioned that he did get his account but it got limited later on.

It is against Paypal's TOS to buy or sell these accounts and once found out, they will be closed/frozen. You took a high risk and lost.

And sorry to say this only scammer or people who plan to scam are buying paypal accounts!

If you are legit and honest there is no risk to open yourself once account and using your real info

It also seems coaltin did in fact respond to you five days *after* you left him negative trust/feedback http://archive.is/VNrJ3 in a thread where he was selling a PayPal account with $700 credit with deposits under 180 days old. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/700-paypal-account-180-days-1510578

I don't think most proper escrows would cover cases like these. Paypal accounts are not there to be bought and sold. They are meant to be verifiable to one person or business entity. Their terms and conditions will state this or situations that could cover it. They have pretty advanced tracking systems in place that will figure out what is essentially unauthorised access and shut them down. Just by you logging in probably set off a red flag, sent the account for review and got it closed. Sorry for your loss but it may be a cheap lesson over the long term.

Unfortunately, I don't think you're going to get your coinsd back. Paypal looks down on people who buy accounts with Bitcoin. You could try disputing the transaction, but as I said PP seldom reverses Bitcoin trades.

Well the matter is about that the trade for account was for A Verified account but the seller gave him a limited paypal account . Well OP it was your own fault that you didn't got yourself an escrow. Most of the scam accusation are result because of no escrow.

I just want to ask is there something like "I will only learn after losing money!!"  that users here think who go out without using an escrow. There are many escrow sites(like bithra)as well as escrows here in bitcointalk and still this king of things happen.  Embarrassed
