I can not send my satoshi I have 0,00045398 btc and always appears  when I want to send
You do not have sufficient funds in this account for this transaction. Try again with a smaller amount.(And the minimum amount is 0.00015000)Can someone help me?
Coinbase now is charging miners fee and if you send on that little amount its just like your paying up for the fee of the transaction.I have tried to use coinbase sending a specific amount and it charges me almost 0.0004 as far as i remember. If you cant transfer then you should really need to add up the amount even more because its not sufficient on making a full transfer because of the fee.

You must have paid minimum transaction fees if you're using their send money option. You can't avoid it anymore as a few days later Coinbase have introduced their new system, but yet you can use this option Coinbase 2 Coinbase users.

I think you already have the answer on why you can't send your bitcoins to other address. There's no other solution on it but to re-fill the address you have, most of the wallet providers now are giving the burden of the miners fee to the users. You should lock this thread for now.

FYI, Coinbase no longer to pay your transaction fee now and it will be your cost to pay . Last time I used Coinbase, it costs 50k satoshi for fee it seems quite high for small transaction but it's up to you and make sure you have sufficient amount to send .
Yes, Thats why the solution for this problem is to add funds in your account but if you don't have funds to add . I don't know if you can edit the miner-fee yourself on coinbase but if its possible put a minimum of 0.0001BTC/KB in your transact . After that accelerate it on viabtc here: https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/

You may have received those around 40k satoshi in several small transactions that's why to send them out to another bitcoin address you have to pay very high fee. So even your entire balance may not be sufficient to pay transaction fee.

However i think you can send those satoshi to another coinbase account holder for free.

Just dont ignore fact that you need to pay miner's fee. Add more money to your account for transactions

It means that you don't have enough funds to send transaction. You have to add more bitcoins to your Coinbase account to be able to send it.
