I haven't checked yet, but if this is true, then Unlock.mk should be disqualified.
Unlock.mk, you were also caught plagiarizing in the Cococoin thread, but the coin owner already paid you, and went ahead to use it anway.
Even though the Pseudocoin dev had paid you, he did the right thing by not using your design.
Coin owners should not encourage plagiarizing by rewarding unoriginal work. Some coin owners continue to use plagiarized designs even after being informed - that smacks of irresponsibility and shortsightedness.
