At first I thought "just another rotator full of faucets loaded with anti bot links and all". But some faucets do not have any, and those with have are very high paying. Good rotator.

Don't make on blogspot faucets use Web hosting and put faucet script. You need to learn a little bit html and php

Well there's nothing on it's landing page so you might want to put some information's there (at least) and then some of faucets don't show up mainly due to them having the ability to not be shown while used in a rotator so you should go over each link one by one and eliminate whichever that doesn't show up. Try to make it unique if you want to get any traffic (at all).
