If you do display prices for a pair, then of course, update the price I'll give every 10 seconds, for example. But there still much depends on the stock exchange itself. Seems to be very useful telegram bot, but if it possible, maybe you could add in future the command "/info COIN coin" what will display on what exchangers this pair is trading and the current price at this exchangers, also you should think how to update information from exchanger a bit faster, than every 30 min and also as idea "/info COIN coin 1h" so bot will post price info every hour.
