Thanks Twister. The wallet seems to be working now. I sent out 1 coin as a test and it made it through after a quite a few hours. But the deposit I made into coin swap on march 13th hasn't made it through. I talked to Ian on IRC and he said once the wallet is healthy he still needs to push the stuck BC withdrawals back out. Guess that hasn't been done yet. I hope he does soon as it's quite a bit I have on there.

Good, I hope you can get it all out and in future don't hold too many coins in any exchange. Keep talking to Ian and get your coins out as quickly as you can.

Did you already try contacting him via IRC? That's the official way. I got a withdrawal problem solved that way a couple of months ago.

Thanks for replying. I tried using their IRC but no one this week is responding. Last week Jared said on IRC that Ian should have the wallets fixed by early this week. The Blackcoin wallet still has problems though and I need to get them off before they shut down on Sunday. All my coins are on there and I'm getting very worried.

Can anyone help me get in touch with Ian? Huge reward if anyone can help me out. Thanks!

IRC support is the only way to contact them live AFAIK, Here's their twitter: https://twitter.com/coinswapnet try to see if you can get someone to respond their. There's also this thread where people seem to be discussing similar withdrawal issues. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=480952.120

Hope you can get your coins out. GL

Can anyone help me get in touch with Ian at coin-swap. I can't get my coins off as the wallet status still says 'problem'. They are closing this weekend too.

The little ones are probably running at a loss in this bear market. It's a full time job running an exchange with all the responses to support requests needed. They run 24/7 and the operators probably do too.

I have not received an email from the coin-swap
if it does happen I will withdraw all balance immediately

Thank you for your information Smiley

This was announced more than one week ago:
You should have done this as soon as GAW purchased it but if you missed the memo stop using them now:

Coin-Swap.net was sold on December 31, 2014 and we recently received instructions to close the exchange permanently.

The servers will be terminated and the Amazon account will be closed. We will not be able to retrieve any funds after this date. Please make sure you have withdrawn all funds before this date.
If you are experiencing an issue with a withdrawal please head to our IRC channel. Do not email support.

We, the Coin-Swap.net staff, want to thank you for using our exchange. The idea for Coin-Swap.net started on day 3 after DOGE coin was launched and there wasn't an exchange that traded the "joke" coin. A month later we opened an escrow style exchange and two months after that we had a real time exchange. Through hard work and organice growth we became a successful trading platform built on stability and customer service. It has been an incredible journey and we hope you have been pleased with the service. We wish you the best and hope to see you around in the community.
