Some people suggests 7950-79... and so on series , is that a viable option? Or should I go for 290x and all that.

79xx is great for Scrypt mining, but you might be lucky to pay the GPU card after one year, but all depends on your electricity rates and when Scrypt ASIC make GPU mining unprofitable...

Also there are many people who suggest vps mining is better to start a try-out for coin switching mining. What would you guys say?

I wonder If I make a rig (small one just to test the waters) and join in on a coin switching pool and mine the most profitable coin automatically .

I was thinking about just 1000$ for the start? Would that get me anywhere? I am not looking to make huge profits , as long as its profitable and not putting me in - every day , thats a good day Smiley

What do you guys think , what would be the best rig choice ( I am not after box cart rig,  I want to purchase the whole set , I am not good with technology so I cant manage it with cart and all probably will manage to screw it up Cheesy) I have a television which I can use as monitor , thats a plus I guess , I also have a laptop if that works? What would you suggest me to buy , what would be the setup and where should I go for the best optimum coin switching mining.

Take the fact that I am horrible with technology and advice me like I am 5 year old kid. The putting things together part is easy I can pay someone to do it for a cheap amount.

Some people suggests 7950-79... and so on series , is that a viable option? Or should I go for 290x and all that.

Thanks for your help in advance.
