I've sent 2 emails, one using the email on the left side of the site, the other email at the bottom of the site where it says "contact us" and it doesn't really say where the email is going.. one of those things you fill in with name/email/comments.. no response from either. Will call tomorrow. Thanks for your response!
edit:can't find the phone number on their site... it's been 24+ hours since my first email to them. I know the operator is trustworthy, just strikes me as odd that I never got a confirmation email 2 days after placing the order..
