Did you get the invite code?
You can't receive a invite code if you have a low traffic/quality website.
They have strict rules for accepting new websites (and that is a good point).
this are like gold dust you want get one free on here unless you now someone that can send sell you one
i think you need a good traffic and be in alexa 100k also you have to send a mail requesting a code http://coinad.com/?a=Contact but i don't have any idea if they respond or not 
In my query they DONT -- i can deal with it -- cause nowadays it is cool not to answer Support/Contact-eMails -- I am learning fast too ^^
