I have the same problem,
I lost my iPhone (so my google Authenticator, so my 2FA verification codes, and so my coinapult account). I made a ticket in their website, #727658, I?ve called their office many times, but no answer nor action from them. I think coinapult is dead.

Please help me about this matter,

How long have you been waiting? Are you sure that you've called at the given time:

Just to be clear coinapult is not dead but they look like one lol. Read this thread for further info: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/coinapult-jan-2018-2751146
Also, The fact that they're still on mycelium (AFAIK) means they're still in business.

they came back after 3 days and fiat deposit was solved. BTC withdraw still pending...
If you get the stench smell of a corpse then perhaps it is dead. But your experience shows it is in a state of coma, thriving between life and death Wink
I have used their service long back but at the same time now I do not find much feedback about it. It would be highly recommended to look for alternate services before they go complete dead.

Hey!

Does anyone knows is Coinapult.com dead? Or am I the onlyone who has no deposits, withdraws working and no support answering?

I've never used this site because I've never seen this site before, how long have their support not answered?
