I wanna knows that how to receive tokens because I am participating under one of the bounty campaigns so their payments will be in tokens.
They asked for ETH address so i gave my coinbase ETH address.

You can't receive your token in there. because the coinbase didn't supported your token. It may better for you to use mew wallet instead of the coinbase wallet itself. the result you will be losing your token. They asked for ETH address so i gave my coinbase ETH address.

No coinbase doesnt allow you to receive tokens. You should provide erc20 address.. the best is to make a new myether wallet from a pc. All the alt coin bounty tokens can be received on myether wallet. I am also doing the same. They asked for ETH address so i gave my coinbase ETH address.

Coinbase does not support for ERC20 tokens. You have to use ERC20 tokens supported wallet like Myetherwallet.
Coinbase is the best secure wallet. Its can store only BTC, ETH and LTC. But this wallet can't store any tokens. If you want to store any tokens you can use like myetherwallet.
Coinbase did not support tokens. I've used blockchain wallet but when I join a campaign with token as part of payment I haven't received the token I don't know why blockchain said it will support ethereum but my token wasn't received maybe you choose the best wallet for token those that really accept tokens and has been use by many people here otherwise you will experience the same thing I got.
As far as I know then coinbase can not get the token. You can receive tokens using the Myetherwallet wallet. Create a wallet MEW and keep your private key carefully to avoid losing.
Coinbase doesnt accept tokens,if you want a decent wallet for your tokens you can try myetherwallet.com just dont forget to put your private keys in a safe place.
Coinbase is an exchange and you don’t control the private key. No matter you are receiving ETH token or BTC based token, you should be using a wallet you have full control.

NO no dear coinbase does not support token ,if you filled up any bounty campaign form with coinbase eth address or other exchange eth address ,then you should asked the manager to change ethereum address,First time when i was a newbie i also feel this doubt and already loosed about 400$ worth token .So you can create an ethereum account on MEYETHERWALLET and also can use google chrome extention META mask to receive bounty payment.They asked for ETH address so i gave my coinbase ETH address.

Coinbase does not support tokens.

You should give a ethereum address which you can control your private key otherwise you could not access them. Change your eth address

i think they still not supported ERC20 token ( CMIIW ) i think it safely to use MYETHERWALLET instead of other wallet like blockchain and coinbase even they support Ethereum now They asked for ETH address so i gave my coinbase ETH address.
