now i think all ok , but some time eth server down , don,t wory
ETH network letting us down recently 
I think it's not coinbase fault, most of the exchanges are still using low fees for eth transactions (as we all know recently eth blockchain is overloaded) so the transactions are waiting in quere. I had the same situation but with different exchange, i waited almost for 1.5 day to receive my ETH.
It has not been broadcast by coinbase to the ether platform yet.... these guys are real jokers! dunno how they don't have decent competition yet.

Is not the fault of Coinbase if there is a network congestion on Ethererum platform. Try use another exchange and you can confirm if the problem is really from coinbase.
I sent ETH from Coinbase 2 hours ago and it still shows pending with no txid. What a fuckin sham. To think they are rinsing millions billions of dollars in fees, you would think they would provide the appropriate level of service... tsk tsk tsk.
