Yea I knew someone would bring out that point. There's no need to block me. Just don't respond to me. I didn't even friggen talk to them.

I made two points.

And if it's for merchant questions only, that means merchant questions only.

They are a legitimate business in the state of California and probably just haven't been able to communicate back to you.

Be patient.

They did not scam you...

they might be a business, but they are far from legitimate.. and yes, they did scam many peopple.. CONbase is right.. i've been waiting 2 months for my $180 coins they have yet to deliver that they took money out of my account for and took a 7 day free loan on.

Personal text my ass....
If in the end the last option to be able to reach them is via physical mail,

then there is a problem.

Give 'em hell...because I'm tired of my money stuck in limbo, basically they are using my money free of charge for a couple of days. It is ridiculous.

Won't hurt to try.

I'm sure your money will end up back with you and you will be compensated for the trouble.

Yea....no. It's a contract. I did lose money. And nope. As much as I want to do all that you said, I already did all that. I'm not possibly going to do more as I've spent too much of my time into this. I'm still going to wait. But I'm taking legal action as soon as the California Attorney General responds back.

Did you mail them (physical mail)?

Alright. So I'm all out of communication options. What do I do now? Wait? LOL. You waited 2 days. All over 2 BTC. I already waited 3 weeks. Over 100 BTC. You REALLY think they'll still honor their side of the deal? Personally I doubt it.

They are not going to risk their pristine reputation on such a petty amount.

100 BTC is nothing compared to what they make.

They are buying and selling millions of US dollars in BTC per day.

Did you try tweeting them?  They usually respond swiftly when you tweet.

They may have thought you were a troll if you spammed them / prank-called (not accusing you).

Compose yourself and try contacting via support on-site, twitter, or e-mail.

Like I said it's unfortunate this is happening but you didn't lose your money.

@Stake

Yea I heard that argument as well Stake. Well, it's been 3 weeks not one single form of reply. So I was like. Ok. They're busy. So I pretended to be another person, and emailed them about another issue, and I got a response the next day. LOL.

They didn't scam you.

It sucks you're getting the bad end of the stick so-to-speak, but you'll be compensated.

3 Months ago it took two days for my 2 BTC to come through and they gave me 2.5 BTC.

and also, it's not my fault that I called them with something that doesn't have anything to do with merchant. I EMAILED them like 12 times and not one single response. What am suppose to do? Sit around? I mean good grief, they only have 10 people in the company so if you call that merchant number, you're essentially contacting HQ. lmao. That's how small they are.

It's unfortunate but you agreed to their terms of service.

Edit:

It clearly says: (MERCHANT QUESTIONS ONLY)
