From coinbase's

Important: at this time, Coinbase only supports USDT on the Ethereum blockchain (ERC-20). Do not send USDT on any other blockchain to Coinbase.

I went to coinbase and couldn't find any other network aside from ETH for USDT. Normally, exchanges would tell you/lay out options. I believe the article is up to date.

There should be a (!) note like this when you deposit to coinbase as well.

in settings/addresses found only one usdt address which looks empty
am i using right tracker?
what are they using to store my usdt?
trc, erc  bla bla or amount is just stored as a number in my profile?

I don't actually know but for sure is not the address that you deposit them. I'm sure that you will see your assets as I tell you above.

yes i see my assets on site (numbers in balance column)
to be clear, i have not deposited nor had usdt withdrawals. converted other coins to usdt.
the question still remains the same , how to detect where is usdt stored technologically
for example doge has one single network and i dont see any problems to send and receive them
usdt have maybe 4 networks and probably addresses dont match on different ones? can you correct me
so it is possible to lose funds if i try to send my usdt coinbase funds to address on random usdt network?

If you send USDT to a different network address than the one that you will use, then yes, you will lose your funds. As far as I know though, most exchanges (I'm not sure about Coinbase) detect which network is the address that you put and provide addresses according to the right network.
My question is why know where they store your coins? I mean, you won't know even if you know the network, besides the fact that "not your keys - not your wallet"...

have new question, pls guide

have currently usdt in Coinbase
can you enlighten how to locate these funds?

At the right of your screen on Coinbase, you should see a link called "Assets". Click it and then in the center of your screen you should see whatever you have in your Coinbase account.

Not a habit but it can simply be a wallets synchronization problem.

when i finally reached them , they asked to send screenshots about matter and i ended the further conversation

so they had and have always very slow sync between wallet and their website data?

the thing is that fields are blocked after first category so its impossible to complete request

Are you talking about the email submission form? (https://help.coinbase.com/en/contact-us) It works fine on my end.

The categories are meant to be chosen one after another otherwise the rest would be greyed out e.g. 2nd field will only be available after 1st field is filled out.

If that's what you did and you still have the same problem, clear cookies&cache/try with a different browser/different device/different internet connection

thanks for clarification and confirmation that it should work Smiley  so i tried next day again and my message went through.  tnx

Which coinbase "wallet" are you referring to?

Is it coinbase the noncustodial software wallet (https://wallet.coinbase.com) or
coinbase.com the custodial web wallet?

Also check the Transaction ID to be sure if the transaction was confirmed?

Don't call their number they won't help you solve your problem if you call them and it can lead you to ban evasion from their service.

Try to contact them on FB support or the Twitter support suggested above or you can try to contact them on their other social media account from this link below
- https://help.coinbase.com/en/coinbase/other-topics/other/is-coinbase-present-on-social-media

If you want a fast solution I suggest you contact them through email here https://help.coinbase.com/en/contact-us

I have the same issue before the transaction is pending even the transaction on blockexplorer show confirmed the status of my transaction on the Coinbase dashboard shows pending.
I just contacted them through their email and they just tell me that they will refresh my account after that my Bitcoin is deposited.

Not a habit but it can simply be a wallets synchronization problem.
Their phone system is only for the users who want to lock their accounts when they see something unusual. It's an automated system by the way, so you will have no luck using it.

Don't they have a contact form for logged-in users? They were famous for their canned replies
If not then you will have no choice to try con reach someone on Twitter or Reddit. I know you can DM @CoinbaseSupport on Twitter
