It seems like the Euro based platform may still be down -> https://status.coinbase.com/

Which sucks. But the good thing is that Coinbase is an organization that openly communicates the status of it's platforms for all to see. If there was something shady going on, something to be truly nervous about, there wouldn't be any communication. There would just be darkness. Mt. Gox just went dark, for example.

And it's great that we have forums like this to communicate when something seems off so the community can investigate and respond. I hope you all get back online quickly.

I've used this morning EURO side, and works great

I just read on another thread that they are making changes to their referral program, could this be correlated to this revision to this affiliate program?

based on their status website, is seems like problem with DB connection, not something related to new service implementation..

Code:
Identified - We have identified a connectivity issue with our primary database server, resulting in unplanned website downtime. Further updates will be provided shortly.
