or use a transaction accelerator as the one from ViaBTC.
I had a long experience the use of coinbase as wallet(without verification)
I know from my experience, sometimes transfer stuck  for up few hour, and you can't do nothing, because sending is not done from coinbase side and no transaction id provided.
It remains only to wait.

I am using Coinbase almost on a daily basis, even to do various external transactions and have never gone through any verification because it isn't needed as long as you don't play around with fiat.

If your transaction says pending, it means that it's just waiting for confirmations to come through. Coinbase happens to include lower overall fees, which may be the reason that your transaction hasn't confirmed yet.

If your account was blocked, you wouldn't be able to withdraw, which should make sense. Just keep waiting for your transaction to confirm, or use a transaction accelerator as the one from ViaBTC.

Is there an issue with sending btc out of coinbase at present - my send is showing as pending with 0 confirmations for nearly an hour now.

My id verification got pulled up and I’ve failed to pass their checks so far - I understand buy and sell is blocked but is send and receive also? But surely it would allow you to even attempt the send if it was blocked?
