Yes i suggest you to move your funds from coinbase to another wallet because you are not going to receive anything in there, and if you do, maybe it will take some weeks until you receive your coins, just like it happened before with bitcoin cash.
Just move it to another one, there are much safer wallets who are going to give you bitcoin gold, but hurry up, because the fork is going to happen in some hours.

You still have some time until fork to move your coins from Coinbase to receive Bitcoin Gold. I had few hundreds $ on Coinbase and and I sent it my main wallet few hours ago. Again, there is some delay with outgoing transactions from Coinbase and it can took few hours until you will get withdrawal from Coinbase. So, if you want to get free BTG, you need to hurry up Smiley

Far as i know coinbase is not going to support this new coin, maybe you should try to move your bitcoins at least until the fork is done, so you can receive all your bitcoin goldies.
Try on yobit, but i dont suggest it because this exchange had a lot of issues and the past and it is not good to store your coins in there. There was a post that i read in somewhere where they were saying in which wallets were you going to receive btg, but i dont remember where.

In fact, the Coinbase exchange stated that it will not support a new bitcoin gold coin, which should appear as a result of a fork with bitcoin on October 25. But the Yobit exchange started trading in a still not officially released bitcoin gold coin now at a price of 460 dollars. Prior to this, this exchange closed the entrance and exit to the ditkoin for its customers and gave each of them bitcoin
