You've got two options.

You go: xlm -> btc/fiat -> ltc
Or you withdraw your xlm to normal coinbase and convert that way (potentially fee free). What you decide might depend on how mucb you're trying to transfer - if it's less than a few $k then converting might be the best option. Jus tremember not to withdraw on the normal coinbase interface as it'll likely be more expensive.

Thanks,

So just so i have this correct..

If i go to the trading area and type xlm-btc, i click sell and select how much i want to sell (type in the xlm, in my case around $400)

This means it will then be btc after the sell right?

So if i go back to the trading screen and select ltc-btc, this is the one i would use correct (on buy) and select the full amount of btc in this case that was just done.
Edit this worked, thanks again

Next time make sure that you got the trading pair before depositing your funds on the exchanges so that you can save little bit of trading fees.

Still somewhat of a beginner though getting much further.

I use coinbasepro and have xlm that i want to convert to lite coin.
However in the interface i dont see a convert option anywhere (or swap etc).

Am i missing something?

Or do i need to use an external service that would let me use the xlm address on coinbase pro and send it to an litecoin one?

edit: is it choosing litecoin on the trading area, then deposit xml, copy the address and memo info then go to the xlm in the account and do a send and put in the info?  Er i guess thats not it.
I looked at xlm-xyz pairs, there is no choice for litecoin

Thanks in advance
