Hmm. unless there's something I'm missing, it should be shouldered by them like what they're saying in their article. Gdax which is previously coinbase pro also did the same. In any case, testing the withdrawal tab just to see if you'll be paying anything could be something to double check before depositing funds.

Withdrawal fee, in this case, means the *extra* fee they charge other than the blockchain transaction fee, which in this case is none.

They don't cover it. The fee changes according to how congested is the network. You will be able to see how much they are going to pay (and charge you) for the transaction fee when you are withdrawing.

I can't search the information about blockchain fee of coinbase pro.
I only see that coinbase pro is no withdrawal  fee.
but I don't know whether do coinbase pro cover blockchain fee(entire no withdrawal fee).
do anyone know it?
