I think only the support of coinbase can help, so open a ticket (and wait ~ a week)

Very nice suggestion and its indeed you would really need to wait for a week before you will get any response from them.Knowing coinbase they do somehow suck on their support system. You cant really post your ID here since its your privacy and as suggested above better to hire a professional photographer if they would still keep on rejecting your ID.

I think you better use your driver's license and passport since it is more authorize to use than any other picture or even at the moment you took the picture. So better have things clear. Also reach out to the support of the site for sure they can read maybe not now but sooner. Patience is highly need on this kind of transaction some times it took weeks before you can recieve a response we have to understand that because we arr not only their customers we are too many.

Do you mind sending the image here? (Of course censor appropriately) It might not be clear enough, as stated. Maybe you can find a professional photographing store if needed.

You can try using your passport or driver's license too if that helps. You can also use online editors to sharpen your images. Smiley

Hello, I am having problem with verifying my coinbase ID...Everytime I upload my ID pictures I get following error: ID was unreadable.
I focus my camera on ID, picture is clear as it can be...I dont know what else to try...and no they dont reply in my support ticket..
