What I think about is that you are confused or I'am ?
On the title you says It's Coinbase and on the thread you say it's Blockchain.info , which one is correct ? maybe you are using one API but you checked the other one ?

I have sent bitcoin to the wallet address they generated for me and it is not being forwarded to my address. Opened a support ticket, but they mention that they do not respond to transaction questions.
