I don't think that Coinbase really stole your money though, its just that you made a money transfer and buying a Bitcoin nowadays are so high in transaction fees maybe that's the reason for the delay, many reasons. I know it's frustrating but one thing is for sure, for as long as you have the evidence and contact with the support you will be fine.

Coinbase is pretty much the only company I would trust that they are definitely not stealing from you Smiley They are one of the most trustworthy of exchanges, no matter what you might think of the timing of their BCH launch.

Once I had my deposit to CEX.IO delayed by 1 month, but even then they were not trying to steal from me, just very delayed on their team who reviewed financial transactions.

I did money transfer sunday evening and now it is already wednesday evening....and still my money has not arrived in my coinbase account....
did they stole my money?
I send like 2000 usd....my first transfer ever....my bank said it shoudl arrive already

I have known others with similar issues, hopefully this works itself out as it did for those I know.  Unfortunately you have a delay, but I think you can be confident that with Coinbase it will be resolved.  best wishes

Of course you did everything as expected, including mentioning your Coinbase reference in the remarks of your bank transfer, so that Coinbase knows where to put money to.

Coinbase is one of the best exchanges out there and probably the most secure one at the moment.
They are not going to steal 2000$ out of the blue and risk millions in return.

Also, nobody can answer you when will the funds reach coinbase and when they will get confirmed, we don;t have crystal balls here.
The only way to get an answer is by contacting coinbase and asking them what is happening with that deposit.
