i only use coinbase to transfer to other coinbase account too
so i never meet that issue

same here, I also faced same problem. I also tried to contract with coinbase support, but i unable to contract with them. They are not cooperate about it. However, I have made a new system fot login coinbase and it worked for me. I have install Tunnel bear addon on my chrome browser. then connect USA, and then try to Login coinbase, and successfully loged in

Yes, I am having problems accessing the website and mobile app for the past few days. It seems that coinbase is having maintenance according to its status page. Worst time, the interbank payment are disable and I can't buy bitcoin with higher limits to enjoy the lower rate this 2 days. 
Since some days it is terrible. the interface is not loading, etc...
