After 30 days, they raise the minimum and allow much faster transactions and higher quantities.
Been using them for a few months, and highly recommended.

If you can pay by bankwire you can use BitSimple ( https://BitSimple.com ) and you will receive your purchased coins the same day, usually within an hour.
Unfortunately it *is* standard for them. It's the one thing that bugs me about them. I've had transactions take a full week, including weekend days. It's very frustrating.
