thanks for the reply.

Yes, I have tried with all browsers, and on several different computers. The result is the same.

This does not give me a good first impression with them, unfortunately.

I wish I could call them but find no phone number so I left a case message inquiry on their website.

I thought perhaps someone else may have had the same problem.

I do not have that problem, i'm using Google Chrome. I also see a lot of people talking about setting up with Coinbase and this is the first time i hear of this issue. Maybe you don't have JRE installed or something.

Keep an eye out for their chat support, whenever i had an issue or a question in the past, the chat was available and i was able to get a prompt answer. One time they forward it to a ticket and i got a reply by e-mail the next day.

also sometimes proxy have issues with there services check if you have it on you network or where you have tried it

You are not the only one with problems with Coinbase these days it seems to me. Seems like they are having some issues. There are threads popping out about different problems. You are the best contacting their support, I am sure they're going to help you!

Have you tried with different browsers or with different computers?

If the problem is not at your end there's nothing you can do besides waiting.

To verify a bank account with coinbase, I need to enter two small deposit amounts.

Their web page keeps blinking (resetting itself I think) and I am unable to do this.

Might anyone know about this problem?
