paying fees is good idea its give some speed to your transaction once I try to send without fees its back after 48 hours

No, in coinbase they pay the 0.0005 fee for you. The fee is still there its just that you dont have to pay it.

makes sense I never had any problems with coinbase paying fees Cex.io occassionally does not pay the fees (regardless of bitcoin withdrawn). If it was a significant amount maybe contact them and they can try and prevent it from happening again.

If you send anything over 0.001, it will send the coins with a 0.0005 fee that coinbase pays for you. If you send less than 0.001 then you have to pay the 0.0005 fee yourself. I hope this clears that up for you.

That's strange, whenever I try to send it DEMANDS a fee.

I'm trying to send coins out of coinbase.com.  My last transaction broadcast fine, but took over an hour to get into a block because they didn't include a fee.  I see no option to include a fee when I send funds.  Am I missing something, or are they just not useful as a wallet?
