Tried skype but it just says unavailable when trying to dial the support number. Guessing skype calls to their support number doesnt work. Great!

Has anyone else had a problem with payments reversing taking forever for them to reverse the payment? Its starting to feel like they're hoping im just going to go away and keep my money  Angry Angry

GDAX is a company by Coinbase and basically provides additional options on top of simply buying and selling coins. You shouldn't have to worry about being contacted by them instead of coinbase.

Regarding the phone costs, did you try skype? It's very cheap to make international calls if you load a bit of fiat on your skype account.

Ah okay, thought that might be the case. Thanks for the suggestion, I did think of that this morning. Bit of a 'Doh' moment!

Hi guys,

I'm having an awful time at the moment with Coinbase. I sent them £5,500 in order to buy bitcoin 4 weeks ago, but due to a mismatch from the account name it was being sent from, the funds were never cleared on their account to credit my Euro wallet. The payment was sent on the 26th September and I got an automated email on the 29th September explaining whats happened, that the payment will be reversed, and I will see the funds back in my account within 1-2 business days. Its now almost been a month since I received that email and there is still nothing in my account.

I've phoned them 4 times now, each times costing me around £100 (as calling from the UK) and each time I'm told its with a 'specialist' and they will get around to dealing with it when they can. That was since I called yesterday, when the representative i was speaking to on the phone said that she couldn't see any transaction on my account, and asked me to send a screenshot of the transaction. Weirdly, her email came form a company called GDAX which appears to be another exchange. I've been told again that a specialist will look into it (for the 100th time) and someone will get back to me (and they never do).

Has anyone else experienced this issue? I'm seriously worried I've lost all my savings that I was hoping to put into bitcoin. Coinbase support has been absolutely shocking so far, I dont understand how such a large company have struggled with this.

Thanks for any replies
