@everyone: I can't withdraw directly QKC, I can withdraw in Bitcoin for example.
My problem is that QKC on coinbene has very low volume, so if I sell QKC to BTC for trasferring funds on Binance, maybe the price will go up before I can buy at the same price.

And I want to know if it is permanent or some temorary issue.
I can't find any update about the QKC withdrawal issue on their twitter or in their announcement from here https://www.coinbene.com/#/notice

If you can't withdraw your QKC from coinbene you can try contacting them so that you will know if the withdraw for that coins is temporary or not.

You can contact them with this email: [email protected]

Tell them your issue and ask if when the QKC withdrawal will be available.

Looking at how the deposits and withdrawals of a lot of their assets are still halted and that there is still no announcement of completion, ye maintenance is still ongoing at the time of writing.

[posted on 26 Mar 2019]
In order to enhance the user experience, CoinBene upgraded the platform wallet on March 26, 2019.
During maintenance, it will affect related operations such as deposit and withdraw, trading will not be affected.

and there are even reports of hack which the exchange themselves denied

uh well, you're in a weird position op, you should've checked everything first.

It was just maintenance of the wallet. Many times the lock is maintenance or because it is still a futures trading.

Coinbene allows non-verified accounts to withdraw funds up to 2BTC per 24 hours, so that's very likely not the issue, unless you're trying to withdraw more than 2BTC worth of QKC.

I checked online to see if there are people with similar issues, but that doesn't seem to be the case. The only thing you can do is contact Coinbene to see what the reason is for not allowing you to withdraw your funds.

As an experiment, if you have other crypto funds in your account, try to initiate a small withdrawal to see if it isn't an account restriction or something. These Asian exchanges are notorious account blockers.

So there is a reason? Is it permanent or temporary?

For binance there is a reason why the withdrawal is locked there is a security breach that is why they temporary locked the withdrawal check this news from here Binance Hack Security Breach

For kucoin never heard any news that they suspended their withdrawal.

if you are planning to buy QKC there are many exchanges where you can buy check this link https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/quarkchain/trading_exchanges

Edit: Binance seems the deposits and withdrawals are open look at this thread someone already posted the news here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/binance-deposits-and-withdrawals-are-back-yay-5143634
So if you already bought the coin you can withdraw them now.

I went to buy QKC in Coinbene due the binance suspended withdrawl and kucoin prices was too and... only now I noticed that you can't withdraw QKC. I searched for some announcement or somethng but I haven't found anything.

So there is a reason? Is it permanent or temporary?
