hello sir, thanks for kindly attention about these exchange, i have one question , did you using private transaction when you send your coin? because last time i try to send my APL coin to IDAX with private transaction it takes so long time around 5 days, maybe they still have to fix that isaue

I deposited apl coin at coinbene twenty days later. Then after 4 hours, when my coins are not added to balance, I was send mail coinsbene support. They ask for details from my wrist and they say that they will contact soon. but is about 4 - 5 days later, they do not communicate, I was email them again. They are surprised by the fact that they ask me more details. when i give them all the information They say that they will be contact soon. After that they did not give any response, I was knock again,they told me that they would not be able to do anything on Saturday.they did not do any solution.i was mail again,I do not get response. Nobody gets any response from the admin of the telegram group. I have seen in the group that there are thousands of problems with the group but they do not respond. i don't know what will happen next. but i think i lost my money.

Thank you for your report. I had many times trading at this exchange with No issue. I will be careful when using this exchange in my next trading. Btw, when make the complaint of your issue, i think you need to offer the details of your transaction which help the support desk easier escalate.

Well, exchangers do have these common issues specially on lower ranking ones but basing on volume or the reputation of coinbene I would say they aren't a scam exchange.Just like on other top tier exchange do exist nowadays even how good they are there would be always a technical issues and it do really sucks when you do caught between on the waiting game but the sad fact your are experiencing they aren't really serious to spot on users direct problems. so,beware from this exchange. don't mistake. go for another exchange. you will not cry like me.

I believe if investors can continue to raise this kind of issues when it occurs, it will help reduce the rate at which investors fall victim of scam and gradually, we will eradicate the rate of scam.
