I imagine you'll be posting here once you open the door to clients?

I know a few folks who could make use of a service like this, when that happens.

Yes, there will be a notification here once the service goes live for clients.

I just launched Coind, a curated community of creative professionals who like to get paid in bitcoins.
http://coind.net/

The aim of Coind is to connect professionals with startups to realize interesting projects. I'm a web designer and worked on a couple of bitcoin projects over the last year. I've seen lots of really talented (and not so talented) people who want to work for bitcoins. On the other hand there are many startups and individuals with great ideas for bitcoin related projects. For them, it's often a tedious task to get in contact with the right people to develop their project. Traditional job boards have not heard about bitcoin or are just simply ignoring its existence.

That's where Coind comes in. It's a pre-screened selection of highly qualified professionals from the bitcoin scene. Clients can send in their project idea, members get notified and can get in touch if interested.

You are very welcome to apply if
- you are a designer, programmer, developer or content strategist with a passion for bitcoin
- your work is of outstanding quality
- you would like to get paid in bitcoin

Once we have around 20 members the service will be opened for clients to send in their projects.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
