its a cool site that I just discovered, this is the kind of games I like!
you should not start your review with:"this is a paid review,but..." and a 360p resolution
other than that-a good review, covering all the bases
one thing I don't like is that you have to pay straight away to get your dog, there is no try and buy, just buy first and see
0.15 ltc is not alot but 12$ is not something I would like to pay for a game that I have not tried

I'll give it a go thanks for the heads up! I can see it's just Litecoin for now but will there be any other coins accepted in future?

I think this type of game is quite common now and we all enjoy a bit of gambling element when it comes to building the right breed for desired speed - that racing is a betting element I enjoy. But I feel like all the market is cornered already by people who have ETH to burn. Why I don't try this is simply because I don't have enough ETH to compete, so it would seem like anyone who enters late is just playing this for fun.

This platform isnt using Ethereum. You purchase dogs, accessories etc with Litecoin.
Its obvious that he didnt bother to surf up the site and he didnt even know on what kind of cryptocurrency being used  Grin
He thought this is just the same with Kitties using ETH.

The site was fully operational but you decide to run up an ICO?

This is a nice concept but personally I don't feel it. If the dogs are not live animals that race just like we see in televisions and competitions, the issue if trust is not something that can be gotten easily because algorithm generated dogs here can be configured to outperform others at the expense of those who are coming as a third party. Again, the game is restricted to certain set of people and their interest. I for example don't like dogs and I don't even know the names of different breeds along with their capabilities in terms of natural speed, resilience, agility and life cycle which means by default, I am already at a disadvantage state coming to your platform to make a run for my money hoping to win.

You do not understand the basic principle of this game. The game developer does not hide the different features and parameters of the dogs. It is transparent and you chose your breed, based on those parameters, not on the real world capabilities of actual dog breeds.  Grin

Agreed, if you are a cat person or into car games, then this will probably not be for you. There are more than enough of those games out there, but the difference with this game is that it is using Crypto currencies and you have an opportunity to make some good profits.   Wink
Good profits if your do know on what you are doing but if this is not your interest on the very first place then you wont really enjoy this game.
Cryptokitties did really became popular and profitable for those people who did make such good breeds but i dont think it would get the same success compared to kitties but still worth a try and this will be good for dog lovers. Profits or possible income can really be attain with this one.

Yeah this is certainly not for everyone, but I think some cryptocurrency users might be interested in this, even if it is for occasional fun.

The list for the traits that help dogs in races are listed, and the stats of your dogs are listed. So even if you are not a dog person, you could figure out what dogs would perform better.

The game is fairly new, so I was wondering if the other dogs in the race was computer generated or actual players? We will

never know if the developer and his friends have the "secret" to the best breeds and if the races are rigged or not? Is there a

way to validate that the games are not rigged? The LiteCoin confirmations are really fast, so I understand why they are using

that.  Roll Eyes
Not only to this new game even the first game (cryptokitties) do still bothers me until to these days that developer might have those best breeds.Ever since i didnt tend myself to play on Cryptokitties due i dont really have much interest into these games and know another similar games Coindogs do have the same concept with kitties but i dont think this would able to reach out the same hype being created by kitties wayback before but still goodluck for the developers of this game.

Can you please post a link aswell? There is no information on this and when I try to google "coindogs" it suggests me to search for corn dogs which is obviously not the case... The video is informative and I want to try this out as those cryptokitties became quite valuable... maybe the coin dogs are onto something aswell  Grin

Coindogs is a fun game where users can breed and collect dogs ( much like cryptokitties ) and has a unique aspect of racing the dogs.

    Watch my full review: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iyM7tCJERZA

There are many different features in this game which include :

Selectively breed dogs from 20+ common breeds with 6+ Billion DNA permutations
Race dogs on a racetrack against other players
        Discover new dog breeds
        Collect bounty awards
        Collect achievements
        Profit from owning special characters
        Chat with other players
        Participate in live auction
        Profit from value increase model
Become an owner and share profits from the game[/li][/list]
