Maybe their's a way the law can create something to protect consumers from bitcoin scams. I know you can't charge back bitcoins but maybe do some kind of charge back on the blockchain to send it back to the sender if its been reported as a scam.
No need for laws. Just use your brain and stop being greedy. Such kind of "investments" are 99,9999999% a scam. Everyone knows it, most state "you just need to start early to get paid before they run away with all the funds" and in the end, all are crying.
btw, I thought BTC was created with the idea of freedom, no laws that regulate how to use it? Be your own bank? Of course that also includes that you need to be responsible, use you brain and only invest what you can afford to lose (all kinds of investments have the risk you will be scammed, that's not exclusively in crypto).
