That's 1244 users with 1301 payouts already after only a couple days. If you look at the chart, it's growing fast! I have blocked all the Russian IP too. There are only very little referal payouts ( 0.00001890 ) So you can be sure these are not bots visiting. Links and advertisements are getting clicks, my other site zznq.buzz is advertised at the top of the page there got 4 visits already today, and it's only 9am..
