About the mail, its true I sent a mail a month ago about feature suggestion and never got an answer.

I have sent 5 emails to coinedup so called customer support over the last 7 days and have had not even 1 response .
After trading with them for months and not having a problem i thought they were legit but know after losing my coins and not getting an answer from them i believe they are untrustworthy as an exchange !
