I had a bad feeling when couldn't withdraw BTC or LTC but I could with lesser coins like CTM. Shame if it goes because having the mining and trading in one place was so incredibly convenient.

To repeat what I said in the other thread...

I hesitate to say speculation, because that could be said, but the investigation and results are solid.

So yeah, they either got hit big time or it was an inside job (though being entirely JS based, hacking is a real possibility). Either way, it "seems" like they are trying to just run away and wash their hands of it.

Shame because CoinEX "had" a promising future for itself. Not any more though. What's worse is it means I may have to resort to using Craptsy again.  Undecided

It's been over 24 hours, and they still haven't bothered to give any new updates besides that BS non-descript "security issue" excuse.

Let's ignore for a second I'm an account holder, as it's common for businesses to be quiet about things on the public side to protect their image.

But that said, I'm also a stock holder, and as a paid investor, I want some answer.

1) What is this security issue? Were accounts compromised? Were coins of any type stolen?

2) Why are the pools still up and running? Without the site being up, there is no way for anyone to monitor what is going on with regards to mining besides that it's working. Further, if anything in #1 is in fact an issue, we would be wasting our time by bothering to mine right now.

3) When will the site be up so I check my account, change my login details and withdrawal whatever coins I have there into my own wallet for storage (assuming they are still there) instead of holding them there (which I will no longer be doing once you come back up).

ANSWERS, CaptainFuture, answers!

Yeah.

I don't much like the feeling I'm getting since they haven't bothered to update anyone since that 3 word explanation on twitter.

Does anyone know how to actually contact these people?
