I have the same issue right now. Sent from CoinExchange to Binance showing a TXID of 4!

I think this issue is still the one they posted on their twitter account https://twitter.com/CoinExchangeio/status/917092248193343488. Though it was posted last October 9, I'm still seeing comments in that post about not receiving their BTC until now. What you could do is to wait them to respond in your ticket.

Hey guys I am new here, and I could really use some help ..
I withdrew BTC from my Coinexchange account to my Binance account. The transaction says confirmed on the CoinEx website but it doesnt show the TX ID ,,it only shows the number 4 under the withdrawl number , I sent a support ticket to them but havent heard back yet.
just wondering if anyone has any advice or dealt with this before...when i search the withdrawl address i dont see anything about this transaction.
i also never deposited btc on coinex,,so i dont have a btc deposit address created...i converted an alt coin to btc and transferred out.
